Our Story: We owned and operated Carter Plumbing Inc., dba Ben Franklin Plumbing in Indianapolis. We also owned and operated CarterAire Heating and Cooling dba One Hour Heating and Air in Indianapolis. Jamie started in the plumbing industry over 25 years ago and Lisa joined him 20 years ago. Together they created companies that were purchased by Clockworks Home Services in Sarasota, FL. They have combined their business knowledge and skill together to create a property management company that is unique in helping each tenant successfully market their companies through visibility, signage and properly maintained grounds. They add a personal touch by working together and supporting their tenants on a one-on-one basis.
